1. What Edgewise is
Edgewise sells trading tools: TradingView indicators, packaged strategy code, the TradeLog journaling app, and access to a community. Everything we sell is educational and analytical software.
2. Not financial advice
Nothing on this site, in our products, in our Discord, or in any Edgewise communication is financial, investment, or trading advice. We do not provide signals, portfolio management, or brokerage services, and we never execute trades in your account. Trading futures and other leveraged products carries substantial risk of loss; past performance — including any verified track record we display — does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
3. Purchases & access
Indicator purchases grant a personal, non-transferable licence to use the script via TradingView invite-only access for the stated access term. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Access is delivered to the TradingView username you provide; keep it accurate.
4. Refunds
Digital products: once access has been granted, purchases are non-refundable except where required by law or where access could not be delivered. Contact us within 7 days of purchase for delivery issues.
5. Intellectual property
All scripts, code, content, and branding remain Edgewise's property. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or share access to any product.
6. Community
Discord access is provided as-is and may be moderated. Content posted by community members is theirs, not ours; treat all shared trading content as opinion, never advice.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Edgewise is not liable for trading losses, indirect damages, or service interruptions (including TradingView or Discord outages). Products are provided "as is".
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
