1. What we collect
- Lead form: the name/contact details and interest you submit on our site, stored in our database (Cloudflare D1).
- Delivery details: your TradingView username (to grant indicator access) and Discord username (to grant roles).
- Payments: processed entirely by our payment providers (e.g. Whop, Ziina). We never see or store card numbers.
2. What we use it for
Delivering products you bought, responding to enquiries, community access, and service updates. We do not sell your data.
3. Third parties
We rely on: Cloudflare (hosting/database), TradingView (script access), Discord (community), and payment processors (checkout). Each has its own privacy policy.
4. Retention & removal
Lead and delivery data is kept while relevant to providing the service. Ask us to delete your data at any time via Discord or the contact form, and we will, unless law requires retention.
5. Cookies & analytics
The site does not run third-party ad trackers. Basic operational data (e.g. request logs) is handled by Cloudflare.
6. Children
Our products are not directed at children under 13.
